摘    要:本文在数据分析的基础上,运用关系数据库的规范化理论概括出一系列产生规则,设计并在IBM PC上用PROLOG语言实现了一个特定的专家系统(ERTORS3),其知识库由一个描绘应用的语义网络和一组能将语义网络转换为关系数据库的产生式规则组成,利用PROLOG的推理机制自动生成能满足3NF关系的关系数据库。

Abstract:In this paper, based on data analysis ,a series of produvtiverules is proposed by applyingthe formalization theory about relationaldatabase. A specific expert systim (ERTORS3) for database design is de-signed and implemented on IBN PC with PROLOG. Its knowledge base isconsists of a esemantic network portraying application and a set of produc-tive rules which can transform a semantic network into relational databaseforms. By means of deductive mechanism of PROLOG, relationanldatabase forms in 3NF is generated automatically.
