摘    要:利用风洞设计原理,设计了一种低湍流回流式实验教学用风洞,获得了风洞的整体构造形式及各部件关键结构参数,并对该型风洞的湍流度进行数值估算,结果符合小于5‰的设计要求。该型风洞的成功设计,论证了我院自主研发该型风洞的能力,同时为风洞的设计提供了关键基础技术数据,对我院相关专业实验教学的建设和完善起到了促进作用。相关研究成果,对实验教学用风洞的设计具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:One kind of return-flow and low-turbulence wind tunnel used in practice teaching was de- signed by using the design principle of the wind tunnel and the overall structure form and the key struc- tural parameters of the various components of the wind tunnel were obtained. The turbulence of the wind tunnel was less than 5%e by numerical estimation. The ability to develop the wind tunnel was con- firmed and the key technical data was provided by the successful design of this wind tunnel. This work played a role in promoting the construction and improvement of the experimental teaching about the rel- evant professional. The related research has a certain reference value for the design of the wind tunnel used in practice teaching.
