16排螺旋CT三维重建技术在鼻骨骨折诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨16排螺旋三维重建技术对鼻骨骨折诊断的应用价值。方法对47例鼻外伤病例采用16排螺旋CT行常规横断位非螺旋薄层扫描后,再行多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及容积重建(VR),观察鼻骨损伤细节,同时与二维图像进行对比。结果 MPR、MIP、及VR技术可以清晰地显示鼻骨骨折细节,并能明确的鉴别横断位所显示的非骨折性透亮线影。结论 16排螺旋CT结合MPR、MIP及VR等后处理技术在鼻骨骨折中具有重要的诊断价值,能有效的减少过诊、漏诊。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application value of 16 slice spiral 3D reconstruction technology in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture. Methods: 47 cases of nasal trauma were encountered by 16 slice spiral CT routine axial non helical scan, and then multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and volume rendering (VR), observing the details of nasal bone injury, and it was compared with the two-dimensional image. Results: MPR, MIP, and VR technology can clearly display the details of nasal bone fracture, and identify the non-fracture radiolucent lines showed by transverse position. Conclusion:16 slice spiral CT combined with MPR, MIP and VR after treatment technology has important diagnostic value in nasal bone fracture, can effectively reduce misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis.
