| Abstract: | The status quo of research innovation capacity of graduate students and the management mode of laboratory both in home and abroad was summarized. The primary reformation was proceed as following： principle persistence of people oriented; management policy improvement of laboratory; service strengthening of research innovation; sharing of lab big instruments; networking establishment of lab ; resource optimization of research innovation ; present management mode reformation of laborato- ry and so on. All of these measures can improve the innovation capacity of graduate students following the education development in the world. |
