摘    要:"小液流法"测定植物组织水势实验是植物生理学中的基础实验之一,实验的取材、蔗糖溶液的浓度、甲烯蓝的加入量及液滴释放的测定操作等方面都会对实验结果造成影响。针对这些方面进行了分析与改进,取得了良好的教学效果。

Abstract:Water potential measurement in plant tissue with chardakov method is one of the basal ex- periments in the plant physiology. The selection of materials, sucrose solution levels, the added a- mount of methylene blue and experimental operation influence the experimental results. This paper an- alyzed and improved the experiment and gained a good experimental teaching effect.
