摘    要:细胞图形化技术是近十几年出现的一项新技术,其发展和应用不仅为细胞生物学的基础研究提供了新的工具,将来更有可能为疾病诊断、药物筛选和组织工程等应用领域开辟新的道路。本文主要介绍细胞图形化技术及其生物学应用,内容包括:细胞图形化技术产生的背景和意义,概念和方法,发展现状和应用以及前景展望。

Abstract:Cell patterning and related technologies emerged more than ten years ago. Its development and application not only provide powerful tools for fundamental research in cell biology, but may also be useful for disease diagnosis, drug screening, tissue engineering and so on. This paper introduced cell patterning technologies and their current applications in biological sciences, including its appearance background and significance, concept and method, the present state of development and prospect for application.
