高等动植物网格蛋白介导的内吞

摘    要:主要阐述了网格蛋白、接头蛋白AP2复合体的组成及其功能、动物网格蛋白介导内吞的分子机制和植物网格蛋白介导内吞的一些最新进展;阐述了植物网格蛋白介导的内吞在生长素极性运输、胚胎发育及逆境响应等中的作用,总结了植物网格蛋白介导内吞的生物学意义及展望.

Abstract:Based on enormous progress in functional characterization of clathrin complex in animals and plants, components and function of clathrin complex and adaptor protein 2 ( AP2 ), molecular mechanisms of CME in animals, and new advances in plant CME were reviewed in the present paper. Described clathrin-me- diated endocytosis in polar auxin transport, embryonic development, as well as the role of adversity corre- sponding in plant, biological significance in CME in plants were also discussed.
