金属基复合材料切削表面粗糙度的特点

摘    要:在切削试验取样基础上,借助泰勒轮廓仪采取Ra值和扫描电镜SEM拍照表面形貌的手段,描述和探讨了SiCp/Al材料本身组织结构、切削参数和积屑瘤等因素对已加工表面粗糙度的影响。试验结果表明:材料本身组织结构是影响已加工表面粗糙度的主要因素,并且由于材料的特性使其加工表面具有不同于普通材料的特点。复杂多变的积屑瘤对已加工表面粗糙度也有不同程度的影响。

Abstract:The author describes and discusses the effects of the structure of SiCp/Al material itself, cutting parameters and build-ups on the roughness of machined surface by means of sampling from cutting tests, getting Ra values with Tailor Profiler and taking SEM (scanning electron micrographs). The results show that the structure of the material is the key factor that affects the roughness of machined surface, that the characteristics of the material make the machined surface differ from that of common materials, and that the effects of the build-ups vary with their complexity and shape.
