电聚合四氨基酞菁金属配合物修饰的碘离子化学传感器

摘    要:用电化学方法将镍(Ⅱ) -,,,-四氨基酞菁或其它四氨基酞菁金属配合物单体聚合在铂丝电极上,制备成碘离子()的电位型传感器. 具有立体交联大环结构的聚合物膜在酸性溶液中发生质子化作用,使电极对呈现出选择性电位响应,线性范围为 2×10-6 ~ 1×10-1mol/L,检测下限为8×10-7mol/L,斜率为 (56±1) mV/p (20℃). 探讨了该电极的响应机理,用所拟定的方法测定了实际样品中碘的含量.

Abstract:Potentiometric sensors for iodide ions were prepared by electropolymerization of the monomer nickel(II)-, , , -tetraaminophthalocyanine (NiTAPc) or other metaltetraaminophthalocyanine monomer on platinum wire electrodes. The selectivity of the electrodes towards iodide ions are caused by the protonation of the polymeric films with three dimensional cross-linking structure in acidic solution. Nernstain potentiometric response to iodide ions ranges from 2 ( 10 -6 to 1 ( 10 -1 mol/L. The detection limit is 8 ( 10 -7 mol/L. The electrodes show a slope of (56 ( 1) mV/p (20 oC). The response mechanism of the electrodes towards iodide ions was studied. The contents of iodine in real samples were determined with the proposed method.
