| 摘 要： | 本文对去顶黄瓜苗子叶与未去顶黄瓜苗子叶的面积、厚度、叶绿素含量ＰＯＤ活性、ＳＯＤ活性、抗坏血酸含量一系列指标作了分析比较，结果显示去顶黄瓜苗在子叶节处直接开花，与去顶后子叶的营养物质积累和ＰＯＤ活性有一定的相关。

| Abstract: | A series of changes in cotyledons of the cucumber seedlings and the decapitated cucumber seedlings were compared.The results suggested that the direct flowering on cotyledonany nodes of the decapitated seedlings were interrelated to the accumulation of nutrient and the POD activities. |
