| 摘 要： | 本实验用多级内标法，以相邻的正构烷烃为内标，对样品中的多种组分进行测定，消除被测峰前后操作条件对其影响，提高测定准确度，方法回收率在99．5－104．3％，测定样品风油精中丁香酚的含量结果令人满意。
