| 摘 要： | 本研究采用卡特尔16种人格因素问卷调查了63名小学青年女教师和29名小学青年男教师，比较了小学青年教师与一般人群在人格特征上的差异，分析了小学青年教师中较常见的人格类型，为小学青年教师良好的人格特征的发展提供理论依据。
