高校体育教师工作质量综合评价标准设计

高校体育教师工作质量的优劣,长期以来缺乏一套完整的、科学的评价标准,给体育师资队伍的管理与建设带来诸多弊病,同时也不利于教师工作积极性的提高。本文从政治思想、教学水平、课余训练、科研水平、外文水平、学识水平六方面略叙管见,以期引起更深入的讨论。

STANDARD DESIGNING FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE ESTIMATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE PE TEACHERS' WORK IN UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES

For a long time, there has not been a set of satisfaetority comprehensive and scientific rules or principles to estimate the effiency of the PE teachers' work in universities and colleges, which has brought about many obstacles to the administration and bringing-up of the PE teachers of higher educa- tion and disadvantages in bringing the PE teachers' initiatives and enthusi- asm into full play. The paper covers in brief the writer's humble opinions on six aspects: political ideology, teaching abilities, extracurriculum tra- ining, research abilities, foreign language level, range of knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to encourage more discussions.
