| Abstract: | Prof. Chen Jingrun is a world - famous mathematician and, since 1950 s, he hasmade great contribution to modern number theory. In this survey the authors introduceChen's work in several important problems such as the integral point problems, Waringproblem, Lindelof conjecture,the least prime problem in arithmetic progression. distribution of primes and almost - primes in an interval, twin - prime conjecture and GOldbachconjecture.Besides, the authors also introduce the newest development of all these famousproblems. |
