某18m非标准跨钢托架承载性能试验及有限元分析

摘    要:非标准跨度钢托架在现行规范、图集中无直接设计,当前设计是基于标准跨钢托架把桁架节点均简化为铰节点计算,其各阶段安全性有待验证。对某18m非标准跨平行弦钢托架,通过室内试验和有限元软件对施工和使用阶段两种不同受力状态下的结构承载性能进行了分析。结果表明:施工和使用阶段桁架部分杆件受力状态不同,须验算结构施工安全性;桁架上下弦杆及斜腹杆为非轴心受力构件,节点约束对斜腹杆的影响范围为1~2倍约束长度。铰接理论适合非标准跨钢托架结构设计。

Bearing Performance Testing and Finite Element Analysis on an 18 m Nonstandard Cross Steel Bracket

Abstract:Nonstandard cross steel bracket has no direct design under the existing specifications and atlases, design is based on joints are simplified as hinges like the standard cross steel bracket calculation, its security during all stages needs to be verified. Take an 18 m nonstandard cross parallel - chord steel bracket to analyze its bearing performance by laboratory experiments and finite element calculation under two different stages of construction and the use stage. The results show that : The Stress state of some truss rods in the construction and use phase are different, the safety of structure during construction should be checked. The upper and lower chords and oblique abdominal rod of the truss are non -axis force component, the node has an effect range of 1 - 2 times of the constraint length on the oblique webs. Articulated theory suitable for nonstandard cross steel bracket design.
