| Abstract: | This paper introduces a mechanism which preserves fresh
food by the electrostatic method. The result of the text showed that
highvoltage static-electricity had an excellent effect on keeping
food fresh. The basic reason is that negative ions can inhibit meta-
bolism in food, and that ozone possesses strong sterilization. The
paper also describes some other discoveries in keeping food fresh
by static-electricity. Finally, the highvoltage electrostatic gener-
ator for food preservation is introduced. |
