| Abstract: | In the process of Physical Education reform,P.E.teachers are the key elements which can ensure the success of the reform.Without qualified teachers,it will be impossible to reform the course and to carry out the teaching plans successfully.Without qualified teachers,no matter how to reform the curriculum and the length of schooling,nothing significant can be achieved at last.Therefore,in order to ensure the success of the course reform,it's essential for us to strengthen the teachers construction. |
