摘    要:知识经济时代,人力资本已超越传统生产要素,在企业中居于首要地位,人力资源的重要性也随之为人们所重视。人力资源业务外包可以使人力资源部门由事务型管理、职能型管理向战略型管理转变。人力资源管理活动中的许多方面都适合外包,其中薪酬外包通常是企业较先开展的人力资源管理改革。

Abstract:The age of knowledge-based economy calls for people's attention to the importance of Human Resourses,as human capital has replaced traditional production factors as the chief position in the company. Human resource outsourcing plays a crucial role in the process of transforming the human resource(HR) department from daily affairs and functional management to strategical management. Many aspects of HR practicel can be outsourced, while payroll is the first element to be considerd employers in the HR reform.
