| 摘 要： | ＳＰ大侧压定宽机是我国从日本引进的先进粗轧设备。ＳＰ的工作原理与传统的立辊－水平辊轧制工艺完全不同。本文分析其机构组成、动作原理，建立了数学模型；然后根据工艺要求从轨迹图谱、运动学特性等方面分析了机构的特性，为设备的操作、维护提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Sizing Press is a kind of highly advanced roughing mill which is resently imported from Japan.Its working principle is completely different from that of the coventional vertical horizontal rolling.In this article,the mathematical model of its mechanism is devloped,and then ,according to the technological requirements,its locus spectra and kinematical characteristics are analyzed.This can provide a reliable basis for the operation and maintenance of the machine. |
