HAZOP在热电厂制氢系统中的应用

摘    要:以HAZOP分析方法的理论和实际应用为基础,以某火力发电厂的制氢站为例,对其制氢过程中所涉及的设备及危险性进行了分析,并给出了HAZOP分析具体步骤.该方法通过一系列的引导词配合流程或设备中的工艺参数组成有实际意义的偏差来找出装置或流程中存在的危险因素.其特性适用于分析火电厂制氢站的制氢系统.该应用实例表明HAZOP方法可更高效的辨识制氢站存在的安全隐患,提高制氢站运行的可靠性,有助于企业安全生产.
