摘    要:耕地地力等级的划分为有效地保护耕地、耕地合理开发与利用、耕地的流转补偿,以及占用耕地、毁坏耕地的补偿与处罚等提供依据.根据江苏省区域差异性及相关区划,确定其耕作制度及基准作物.运用了土壤组合的概念进行分等单元的划分,以试图在耕地地力等别与自然土体之间建立联系.遵循稳定性、差异性、生产性及主导性等原则,选取了有效土层厚度、表层质地、有机质含量、剖面构型、距障碍层深度、PH、盐渍化程度以及粉粘比等分等因素,运用了Delphi法和HAP法等来确定权重.在查取基准作物的光温生产潜力指数以及气候生产潜力指数的基础上,通过运算,得出江苏省耕地的地力分等结果.

Abstract:The classification of the arable productivity is the foundation of the effective protection, the rational exploration and utilization of the arable. Moreover, it provides the basis for compensation and punishment for the arable occupation and ruin. This paper classifies the natural quality of the cultivated land-the arable productivity of Jiangsu Province. Jiangsu Province is one of the most developed provinces in economy and agriculture in China, which indicates that choosing it as the research object is representative. The study chooses soil combination as one of the factors, which can be used to divide the capability units. This will connect the class and the soil combination of the units. When classifying the natural quality of the cultivated land, some factors have been chosen, such as soil profile, texture of the surface horizon, salinity, nourishment, pH (potential of hydrogen) and so forth. And the method of Delphi and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) are used to ensure the magnitude of these factors. Through operation, on the basis of the lookup of the photosynthesis-temperature productivity potential indexes and the climatic productivity potential indexes of normal crops, the classification of basic productivity of the cultivated land of Jiangsu Province has been finished and mapped.
