连续静脉一静脉血液滤过对多脏器功能障碍综合征肾功能衰竭患者的治疗价值分析

评价连续静脉—静脉血液滤过(CVVH)这种新的肾脏替代治疗技术在累及肾脏的多脏器功能障碍综合征患中的治疗价值，回顾分析本ICU开展CVVH前后所有出现肾功能衰竭的MODS患的治疗情况及预后。结果发现，在CVVH开展前后，该类患接受肾脏替代治疗的比率分别为43．3％和81．5％，死亡率分别为66．7％和40．7％，两项指标均有显差异。说明CVVH能使出现ARF的MODS患更易接受肾替代治疗，并降低该类患的死亡率。

Therapeutic Value of Continuous Veno-venous Hemofiltration(CVVH) to Patients Suffering from Renal Failure of Multiple Organ Disfunction Syndrome(MODS)

To assess the therapeutic value of continuous veno-venous hemofiltration (CVVH) to acute renal failure (ARF) of multiple organ disfunction syndrome (MODS), this paper retrospectively analyzed the therapeutic effects and prognosis of patients who suffered from ARF of MODS before or after CVVH's launching in our ICU. The results indicated that after CWH's launching in our ICU, the rate of patients suffering from ARF of MODS who received renal replacement therapies apparently rose from 43. 3% to 81. 5% , and the mortality decreased from 66. 7% to 40. 7% . The differences were all significant. CWH can make more such patients receive renal replacement therapy, and decrease the mortality.
