专家系统+遗传算法在换热网络综合中的应用

摘    要:换热网络(HEN)综合是过程系统综合的重要组成部分,可以将换热网络综合过程看作是一个按照一定顺序依次从热物流中取出一定的热量同冷物流进行匹配的过程,并建立相应的不考虑分流的同步综合模型。实际计算表明:该方法是正确的,在综合过程中,不仅减少(或避免)了网络分枝、旁路和混合过程,还降低了网络的复杂性和操作成本。专家系统的引入,实现了对匹配序列搜索的指导作用和对遗传算法产生的无效匹配的过滤作用,缩小了可行匹配的搜索空间和结构参数的搜索域。

Abstract:The heat exchanger networks(HEN) synthesis is an important part of process system engineering synthesis. It can be considered as a process getting heat from a hot flow in a definite sequence for watching with a cool flow. In this paper, the synchronous synthesis model, which split flows are not taken into account, is proposed. The calculation shows that the method is correct and it not only reduces the numbers of split flows, by pass but also cuts down the networks complexity and operating cost. The expert system is of help to search possible matches and filtrating invalid matches by means of genetic algorithms and minifying the searching region of possible matches and the parameters of the networks.
