保温瓶胆镀铜新技术

摘    要:本文提出一种适合保温瓶胆镀铜的工艺及配方,论证了开发镀铜保温瓶胆的必要性和可行性。用该工艺制备的镀铜保温瓶胆,保温效能达到并超过QB181-81及QB182-81标准。镀液可再生循环使用,可提高经济效益,并能缓解原料供用紧张状况。

Abstract:This articol introduces the electroless copperplating technique of Preparing thermos bottles.The necessity and Possibility are shown both in theory and in Practice for developing the Products of copperPlating thermos bottles. The heat insrlation of which, the copperplating thermos bottles are prepared with this techniqre, reach or over QB181-81 andQB182-81 standard of Dapartment of Ligth Indrstry of China. By this process obtained copperplating film is uniform, even and brightcolored. The reflection of light is fine and The adhesion with glass surface is strong. The bath to make anew is used cyclically without waste solution which is not thrown contaminate environment. Using this technique, the cost of production can be reduced to 50or 25 Per cent.A lot of silver and foreign exchange can be economized for our country.
