聚氨酯泡沫复合材料的制备及其吸波性能研究

摘    要:以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯为主要原料,水为发泡剂,经过预聚和发泡合成了聚氨酯泡沫材料,并采用两种不同的工艺在其中掺杂碳纳米管,制备成复合吸波材料.采用数字化矢量网络分析仪(Agilent 8722ET型)在5~18 GHz频段范围内对该材料的微波吸收性能进行了测试.结果表明:掺杂了碳纳米管的聚氨酯复合泡沫材料在11~17 GHz频段内具有良好的微波吸收效果,并且吸波强度随着碳纳米管掺杂比例的增加而增大.

Abstract:Polyurethane foam was synthesized by using polyether glycol,polyether triol and toluene di-isocyanate as the main raw materials.Two kinds of polyurethane composite foam absorbing materials were prepared by adopting two different methods to dope multi-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCTs) into the foams.The microwave absorption properties of the composite foams in the frequency range of 5~18GHz were detected by a digital vector network analyzer(Agilent 8722 ET).The results indicate that the polyurethane foams doped with MWCTs show good microwave absorption properties in the range of 11~17 GHz,and the absorption loss increases with the MWCTs doping content increasing.
