摘    要:本文研究了Bi-2223相掺入K的效应,发现碱金属元素K的掺入提高了Bi系110K相的含量.指出K的掺入,一方面占据了格点的位置提高了Tc,另一方面使熔点降低,非超导的杂相析出,减少了超导相含量

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of K doping in Bi 2223 phase is studied. The K doping makes the Tc onset of 110K phase raised but reduces its content. We point out that K takes lattice stiuation. Otherwise K doping makes the melting point lower and nonsuperconductive phase separated out, so that its contrentare reduced.
