| 摘 要： | 问题病人具有独特的心理特点,如果护士具有同感心并正确表达同感心就能够做到针对问题病人的心理特点采取相应的护理措施,以满足病人的个体化需求,建立护患信任关系,减少护患纠纷,提高护理工作质量.

| Abstract: | The problematic patients have unique psychological character, the nurses ownning and expressing correctly empathy have the capability to take corresponding nursing-measures aimming at the problematic patients, psychological character, so they can satisfy patients, individual requirement, and establish trustful relation and decrease dispution between nurses and patients, the quality of nursing-work can be improved. |
