微晶生物玻璃-聚丙烯酸复合生物材料固化研究

摘    要:研究了微晶玻璃-聚丙烯酸复合医用材料的制备与固化性能.考察了液固比、聚丙烯酸质量分数、酒石酸质量分数及浸泡时间、微晶玻璃化学组成、养护时间对复合材料强度的影响规律.结果表明,复合材料的固化时间均为5~30min;抗压强度为11.24MPa,强度随养护时间稳定提高;改变微晶玻璃的组成可提高抗压强度1倍.玻璃粉析出的Si4+,Al3+,Ca2+等阳离子与聚羧酸根-COO-交联,并与SiO2凝胶网络形成互穿复合网络使材料固化.

Abstract:It was related to the studies about preparation and characters of bioglass-polyacrylate composites.The basic bioglass was developed,and was compound with polyacrylate.The compositions of basic bioglass,liquid/solid ratio,the added amount of polyacrylate,the tartaric acid additive amounts,immerging time,and the maintaining time had been studied though parallel experiments.The composite biomaterials with compressive strength more than 11.24 MPa had been successfully prepared.The results of analyses and studies about the composite indicated that the composite network structures were formed solidified though forming by linking reaction between Al3+ and Ca2+ ions releasing from the glasses and the-COOH groups in the polyacrylate.
