| Abstract: | The relation between phytase activity and seed germination is reported in this paper. The remits showed that phytase activity played an important role during seed germination. When phvtase activity was enhanced, the seed could be bud, or it did not germinate even if in the suitable conditions such as water, temperature and so on. The results affor us a useful evi-dence of endogenous factors of seed germination. |
