| Abstract: | The thesis used the viewpionts of the system theory to discuss the unification between the structure entirety and the function entirety of the earth surface layer system, applied the theory of dissipation structure theory to analyse the earth surface system, an open system, which ability of getting the negative entropy fluid becomes stronger and stronger, the degree of order was improved constantly, and based on these what have mentioned before to expound the basic reason of causing the morden ecological problems. |
