一种新型巨磁阻抗磁敏开关的设计

摘    要:利用540℃和17.8MPa退火后的Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9纳米晶合金薄带具有宽平台和陡峻下降沿的巨磁阻抗特性研制了一款新型磁敏开关,并介绍了磁敏材料的GMI特性及磁敏开关的电路设计原理.实验结果表明:该磁敏开关的重复性好(2.06%),迟滞误差小(2.71%).

Abstract:A new kind of magnetic switch was developed based on the giant-magneto-impedance effect (GMI ) of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous ribbon annealed under the stress of 17.8 MPa and at 540 ℃, which had wide platform and steep decline of the GMI characteristics. The GMI characteristics of magnetic materials and the design principle of magnetic switch were introduced. In addition, the magnetic characteristic of the magnetic switch had been measured. The results showed that the sensor had good repeatability ( 2.06% ) and almost no hysteresis ( 2.71% ).
