On Improving the Comprehensive Competitiveness of University Students of Ethnic Minorities

Confronting the challenges and opportunities under new circumstances, especially the harsh employment situation, the institutions of higher learning should innovate the concept of cultivating students' abilities. They should be oriented by social demands, focus on building students' "four abilities", resolve new problems by reforming ideas and methods, and substantially improve the students' comprehensive competitiveness.
