平面二包环面蜗轮的特征建模

摘    要:在环面蜗杆螺旋线解析几何方程的建模和平面包络环面蜗杆三维实体构建的基础上,分析讨论了平面二次包络环面蜗轮的几何特征,应用蜗杆特征模型,采用有限次数逻辑运算逼近方法完成平面二次包络环面蜗轮实体构建,实现了平面二次包络环面蜗轮副传动的组建.该方法简洁实用,三维实体具有真实的运动型面,能为数控加工提供精确的坐标参数,也能为平面二次包络环面蜗轮副传动的性能优化提供有用的研究方法.

Abstract:3D molding of enveloping worm & worm wheel belongs to modeling of complex surface.Basing on the 3D modeling of enveloping worm helix analytical equation and constructing of TP-worm,we analyze geometry characteristic of the Planar Double -Enveloping Worm wheel and demonstrate the whole process by means of finity time Boolean calculation approach method with characteristic model of TP-worm,and realize the buildup of Planar Double-Enveloping worm gear pairs.This method is con- cise and practical.Meanwhile,this three-dimensional model has real motional profile,which can provide precise coordinate pa- rameters for NC process.In addition,this modeling can provide a good study method for optimizing the transmission pefformence of Planar Double-Enveloping Worm Gear Pairs.
