信息公开视角下的服务型政府建设

党的十八大报告提出,要建设职能科学、结构优化、廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府。要想建设好服务型政府,其中一个重要的措施就是信息公开,是保护公民知情权的一项重要保障制度。服务型政府的概念、内涵和信息公开制度需进一步澄清,重点是搞清楚目前我国信息公开对服务型政府的价值作用和存在的问题及应采取的措施。

Construction of Service-oriented Government from the Perspective of Information Disclosure

In the report of the 18th Party Congress, a service-oriented, honest, efficient and commonly sat- isfying government with its scientific duties assigned, organization optimized is required. To achieve this goal,one very important measure is disclosing information, which is a very crucial maintaining system protecting com-mon citizens＇ right to be informed. The concept, connotation and information disclosure system of a service-ori-ented government need to be clarified, and its values and existing problems needs to be analyzed, in order to provide some suggestions to improve the system.
