摘    要:在石油化工等领域中,随着烃化补充加热器结构趋于大型化和高工作压力方向发展,烃化补充加热器球底组件结构的应力强度分布和结构设计的合理性有待进一步的验证或优化。文章针对某型烃化补充加热器,应用有限元分析计算方法,计算分析高压球底组件的应力分布,依据JB4732、GB150和GB151国家标准的应力评价规范,进行结构设计合理性评价;针对结构设计上存在的不合理现象,最后应用有限元分析计算方法进行一定的结构优化设计,重新进行结构设计,使换热器的综合性能得到了提高。为企业完善设计规范,提高产品的设计质量和设计效率,降低设计生产制造成本打下了良好基础。
