| 摘 要： | 与其他专业大学生相比,医学生有着自身的特点。为客观准确了解我国医学生的特点,本文通过发放专家问卷找出了五点普遍认同的医学生特点,逐一进行了分析,并从辅导员工作的角度提出相关策略建议。

| Abstract: | Compared with other college students,medical students have their own characteristics.We used a questionnaire to find out the accurate characteristics of medical students in China.The paper identified and analyzed five characteristics of medical students one by one.And we discussed the counselors'countermeasures. |
