| 摘 要： | 在应用型人才培养过程中,实训是极为重要的实践性教学环节。针对地方高校旅游管理实训基地建设的实际情况,提出了实训和实训基地的概念,分析了实训基地建设中存在的问题,对建设和完善实训基地的具体措施进行了深入探讨。
