乙酰水杨酸对苔菜的保鲜作用

摘    要:乙酰水杨酸(ASA)是广泛存在于植物体内的一种非常有效的保护物质。本文利用乙酰水杨酸喷施苔菜的方法,研究乙酰水杨酸是否具有室温保鲜作用。研究结果表明:随着保鲜时间的延长,对照组和处理组苔菜的鲜重和含水量都有所增加,干重下降,但处理组苔菜的干重下降幅度小于对照组。苔菜的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和PSII最大光化学活性也随着保鲜时间的延长而逐渐下降,喷施乙酰水杨酸的苔菜叶片的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量和PSII最大光化学活性下降幅度显著小于对照组,说明喷施乙酰水杨酸可以延缓苔菜衰老,在苔菜的保鲜作用中起着重要的作用。

Abstract:Acetyl salicylic acid(ASA) is a very effective protection material which exist in plant widely.Lactuca sativa is one kind of daily edible vegetables.Under normal temperature,they change yellow easily.In this article,the influence of ASA on fresh-keeping was investigated by spraying 10mM ASA on Lactuca sativa.The results showed that fresh weight and water content of both control and treatment Lactuca sativa increased along with the fresh-keeping course.But the situation was reverse to dry weight.The dry weig...
