| Abstract: | This paper expounds the necessity of the organic combination of sci-tech novelty retrieval and enterprise＇ s technical innovation, and points out that an enterprise, which wants to make a breakthrough based on suitable development, must insist on the way of technical innovation, and being as the main content of information services, sci-tech novelty retrieval can provide competitive information for enterprise quickly, and protect and promote the process of technical innovation of enterprise. |
