| Abstract: | Through introducing the present situation of rural roads construction in Taiyuan City and the special position of the construction of new socialist countryside, this paper expounds the necessity of the construction of village cement （asphalt） roads ,discusses the construction goal,fund raising,project supervision ,quality management, and maintenance management, etc., points out some existing problems, and sums up some experiences. |
