Analysis on How University Library to Create the Reading Culture

University’s reading culture is an important part of university’s campus culture system.This paper discusses the importance of creating the reading culture,analyzes the present situation of the reading of university students in China,expounds the superiorities of university library in creating the reading culture,and points out that creating the reading culture and establishing the harmonious campus culture are the obligatory responsibility of university library.
