Optimize the Management of Medium Consumption for Adapting to the Transformation of Process System

This paper introduces the technological process of medium recovery system after the debugging operation of TBS in Jinyang Coal Separating Plant,discusses the results obtained in the improvement of medium drainaging and magnetic separation through optimizing the control management and measures of the key links and equipment for reducing the medium consumption after the putting into operation of the new system,analyzes some factors influencing the changes of the medium consumption in the production and some measures adopted,and probes into the management of the reduction of the medium consumption after debugging operation of TBS for guaranteeing the proper management of the medium consumption and the realization of cost control target.
