摘    要:阐述了读者权利的内涵,论述了读者权利与读者义务的辩证关系,从读者借阅权限、读者个体与群体、完善图书馆的规章制度等方面,探讨了在读者权利冲突下如何更新图书馆服务理念的问题。

Abstract:This paper expounds the connotations the readers' rights,expounds the dialectical relationship between readers' rights and readers' obligations,and from the aspects of readers' borrowing privileges,readers' individual and group,and perfection of library's rules and regulations,etc.,probes into the problem of how to update library's service concept under readers' right conflict.
