| Abstract: | The level of consultant’s quality determines the success and failure of the consultation service,so the quality requirement for consultant in the consulting industry is very high.This paper introduces the basic qualities that the consultants must possess,compares and analyses the present situation of the quality of American and Chinese consultants,and puts forward some suggestions and measures for improving the quality of Chinese consultants. |
