摘    要:阐述了营销演进过程,指出在图书馆引入体验式营销的必要性,重点探讨了如何从视觉、味觉、嗅觉、听觉、触觉、服务、资源7个方面来设计完美的图书馆用户体验,从而增强用户对图书馆的忠诚度。

Abstract:This paper expounds the evolutionary process of the experience marketing, points out the importance of introducing the experience marketing into the library, and emphatically probes into how to design the perfect user experience in the library from seven aspects of the visual sense, gustatory sense, smell sense, tactile sense, service and resource for strengthening user’s loyalty to the library.
