Some Problems Needing Attention in Setting Standard for Pollutant Emission

The standard for pollutant emission, which is one of the two main bodies of China＇ s environmental system, is a restrictive provision made for the factor of the pollutant emission of artificial pollution sources into natural environment under the precondition of taking economy and technology into comprehensive consideration for realizing environmental quality standard. Connecting with the present situation of this field, this paper probes into some problems needing attention in setting standard and rule for pollutant emission.
