摘    要:图书馆工作应时刻以读者需求为出发点,牢固树立开放服务意识与竞争意识,不断拓展读者服务的领域,使读者服务工作由原来的传统型、单一化特点向特色化、多元化方向发展,以此不断提高高校图书馆读者服务工作的质量和效率。以黑龙江科技学院图书馆为例,探讨了高校图书馆读者服务工作的拓展。

Abstract:Library work should always take the demand of the readers as the starting point, firmly establish the open service consciousness and competition consciousness, and make the reader service develop from the original traditional and simplified mode into the featured and diversified mode, and thus constantly improve the quality and efficiency of the reader service of university library. Taking the library of Heilongjiang Institute of Science and Technology as an example, this paper probes into the expansion of reader service in university library.
