| Abstract: | The sci-tech evaluation activity,which began in the United States at the beginning of 20th century,has received many countries’ attention up to now,and has become an indispensable important procedure and method adopted by many countries in the course of the sci-tech evaluation.This paper overviews the development situation of the sci-tech evaluation in Shanxi Province,and considers some problems existing in the sci-tech evaluation. |
