| 摘 要： | "以人为本"倡导人文关怀,实行人本和谐管理,充分发挥人的主观能动性,提供人性化服务,是现代图书馆的发展方向。探讨了新时期高校图书馆以人为本管理理念的树立,并从以馆员为本和以读者为本两个方面进行了论述。
