| 摘 要： | 通过系统分析陕西水土流失、沙质荒漠化、资源性缺水、主要生态系统生态功能降低以及生态灾害等五大生态环境问题，得出陕西的生态环境问题局部得到缓解，总趋势却是日益严重，造成的经济损失巨大，使省域生态环境受到严重威胁，也影响着华北平原等周边地区的生态安全。进而运用替代市场价值法等方法估算了陕西生态破坏所造成的经济损失，并提出了改善和保护陕西生态环境的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the systematical analysis of soil erosion, desertification, loss of water, degression of ecological function and ecological disaster in Shaanxi,it is pointed out that the ecological problems are locally controlled but become serious in the whole, which is threatening the ecological safety both of Shaanxi and peripheral area. Secondly, the economic loss caused by ecological damage is calculated initially by the methods of substitution of market value, and so on. In the end, the strategies of protecting the ecological environment are provided. |
